My love of being out in nature started when I was a child with school sports, golf, hunting, fishing and exploring, so I knew early on that my career would be in the great outdoors rather than in an office. Completing my Associates of Science degree in Turfgrass Management at UMass/Stockbridge School of Agriculture took me on a path of golf course management for the next 17 years, culminating in ten years as a club superintendent in Connecticut. I moved to Maine in 1996 and worked for O’Donal's Nurseries in Gorham, ME and Westerly Winds in Westbrook, ME before starting Lewis Brothers Landscaping with my brother Pat in 1997.
Some of the highlights of my career include participating in the design of the
front nine at Sunset Ridge Golf Course in Westbrook, ME, and the landscaping and construction/design of the Public Garden at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, ME.
My work gives me the pleasure of leading a superb staff as well as getting plenty of physical activity myself, but most importantly, the ability to see a client’s landscape dreams become a reality.
"Lewis Brothers was able to see the big picture and exactly what was needed to achieve it. As a result, our drainage problem was fixed in a faster and more efficient manner then we ever dreamed. Thanks, Lewis Brothers!"

I am a Maine native. After graduating from the University of Maine at Orono, I attended the Art Students League of New York and was an artist in residence at the Jane Burr House (the Woodstock Artists Association. I continue the process of creating art as a print maker today.
Some of my earliest memories are of my grandmother's flower garden. I truly have a passion for gardening and now create flower beds and borders at my home in Portland.
I am pleased to have the opportunity to be a member of Lewis Brothers Landscaping crew.

I love helping people make their dreams for their outdoor spaces become a reality. I get to share my knowledge and creativity with people who are looking for the most ideal layout for their landscaping. Every day and every project is different. So I get to help create outdoor areas that are not only functional, and aesthetically pleasing, but unique to them as well. It is exciting being involved with a project from the initial inception to completion, where the project vision is fully realized. In my free time, I like being with my horses and traveling to rodeos. I enjoy tie down roping and barrel racing. I also enjoy spending time with friends and going to our camp.
"Grateful as always for your hard work and stellar service. Seriously!"
After 33 years, I've recently retired from the State of Maine as Grounds/Maintenance Supervisor at the Long Creek Youth Development Center. A common theme over those years has been the desire to make the workplace and my own home a place where plants and flowers play an important part. I enjoy working with people that feel the same about landscapes and outdoor settings plus taking advantage of all that Maine has to offer. I've found a great fit working with a team that shares the same love of plants and outdoor spaces.
I have been working outside most of my life and have always loved being outdoors. I started my landscaping career in high school with the Westbrook Parks Department. In my twenties, I spent five years gaining valuable experience in construction and maintenance at the Woodlands Club in Falmouth. Adding to my landscaping experience were job opportunities working with Paul Tukey’s landscaping company and the Audubon at Gilsland Farm. Following 12 years on the inside working at a local semiconductor company, I started my own landscape/property maintenance company, returning me to working outdoors. I am excited to be a part of the Lewis Brothers team, working with like-minded people to create inspired outdoor living spaces.
I have worked outside for most of my life so Lewis Brothers seemed like a good fit for me. I grew up in the Midwest working on my grandparents farm so I am accustomed to hard work. Seeing a job done well and efficiently brings me great satisfaction.
Born and raised in New Jersey working for my family's landscaping and construction company, I take pride in seeing a project from start to finish. Working in the field of landscaping will always be a passion of mine. I will continue to utilize what I have learned in the industry over the past 7 years to be an asset to Lewis Brothers Landscaping.
I have a passion for working outdoors and enjoy seeing a landscaping project to completion. I worked in landscape design and maintenance throughout high school and college. I am excited to work in a field I enjoy and love.
I'm a Philadelphia native and graduate of Temple University. My experience consists of business development and creative advertising. I have worked in golf course maintenance growing up and love projects that require working with my hands.
Being born and raised in upstate NY truly gave me the ability to appreciate the great outdoors. I love being surrounded with nature's beautiful creations and am extremely excited to help build and keep the beauty flowing with Lewis Brothers Landscaping. I craft handmade jewelry as a hobby now but my favorite thing to do when I was little was design pretend jewelry with twigs, leaves, and flowers. Growing up with many gardeners in my family and living around many farms I have been handed down the green thumb. I have gone to school for cosmetology, worked as a carpenter for several years as well as certified in Early Childhood development. I look forward to the opportunity to bring home my love of gardening right here to Maine.
"We are both delighted with the quality of the work that your company and crew put into this project. Please feel free to use us as a reference for other potential customers."
